India's National AIDS Control Organization begins more extensive condom campaign.
Kaiser reports that India has decided to increase its condom availability by fivefold through the use of condom vending machines.
One wonders if they saw that current condom distribution efforts weren't helping against AIDS, so they decided that
more condoms would probably do the trick.
